Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate process of digital content upload for the marketing assets
- Understand the priorities of content uploads vs. campaign cycle
- Set expectations with external Vendors and Client Brand Teams on time-lines and expected quality of digital assets
- Act as single point of contact and escalations to ensure timely delivery of digital assets
- Interact directly with external Vendors in their daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Effectively report the progress of your projects
Qualifications:
- University degree in Management or Business related subject
- Fluency in English is a must and another European language will be an asset (preferably German)
- Proven experience and ability to understand content management systems with technical issues that might arise and offer probable solutions
- Have experience in designing content upload process and propose improvements into process
- Awareness of basic terminologies related to SharePoint, MSOffice, HTML
- Experience in working with MS Office and effective use Excel, Word and MS Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in customer facing role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage Client’s vendors resources as necessary for project, pilot and innovation work
- Being pro-active and have ability to foresee risks / issues and propose mitigation plan
- Ability to operate with discipline within challenging environment with shifting dead-lines and priorities
- Strong analytical skills and focus on details
